Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate nursing and resident services effectively
• Lead shift reports for seamless communication




• Document changes in residents’ conditions thoroughly
• Process and review physician orders per protocols
• Communicate physician order challenges to leadership
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing
• Registration with provincial nursing registry
• Experience in geriatric or long-term care settings
