They are seeking several experienced Epic consultants to join their team on a short-term engagement during a key transition period.DutiesProvide frontline support to clinical and operational end users within Epic environmentsAssist users with workflow navigation, issue resolution, and day-to-day operational supportReinforce workflow best practices and support effective end-user adoptionEscalate application, workflow, or operational concerns appropriately to internal leadership teamsParticipate in operational support activities and centralized escalation processes where requiredDocument recurring issues, workflow observations, and support trends during the engagementWork collaboratively with clinical, technical, and operational stakeholders to maintain continuity throughout the transition periodAbout YouStrong Epic experience: ideally has go-live expertiseExperience working as an Epic Credentialed Trainer, Analyst, or go-live support consultantEpic Certification and experience within Orders, Grand Beaker, ClinDoc, Radiant, Stork/ASAP, Optime, Hospital Billing,



Patient Access will be requiredPrevious experience supporting healthcare organizations during large-scale Epic initiatives preferredStrong understanding of clinical operations, scheduling workflows, registration processes, and end-user support practicesAbility to work independently in high-volume and fast-paced healthcare environmentsStrong troubleshooting, communication, and interpersonal skillsComfortable supporting a broad range of clinical and operational end users in real timeFlexibility to support evening and weekend coverage as operationally requiredMust be available to work onsite throughout the duration of the engagementAbout the JobShort-term contract engagement expected to run early NovemberShift structures will primarily consist of standard 8‐hour coverage (night and day), with some extended coverage requirements potentially required depending on operational needsThis is a fully onsite position in the Greater Toronto Area. Flexibility for work from home for the right candidate.Immediate availability is strongly preferredPay rate: $70.00/hr + depending on experiencePlease note that all candidates must be permitted to work in Canada to be considered for this opportunity.
