The Production

Administrator is responsible for processing and maintaining time and attendance records, including absences, shift adjustments, overtime, and other payroll-related transactions. The position also provides administrative support for production operations, reporting, projects, and employee engagement activities. Ensure all time and attendance edits are made in the system, i.e., absences shift adjustments, overtime, etc.

Work with HR to assist with payroll support to ensure accurate and on time delivery of payroll. Organize and maintain records related to production, quality, safety, and continuous improvement activities. Deal directly with production personnel to help prepare and collect documents and forms.

Assist cell leaders and production leadership in a wide variety of administrative tasks.



Responsible for ensuring office supplies are stocked and re-order as required. Maintain assorted lists and reports, support fund raising and community events.

Support and prepare Town Halls, social /community events and activities. Provide back up support for the production administrator at MCI. Proficient in all Microsoft Office tools, oracle and postage machine usage Ability to function within a manufacturing environment Experience in any administrative role, preferably in a manufacturing workplace will be an asset Our mission is to design, deliver, and support market-leading bus and motorcoach solutions that are protected, accessible, efficient, and reliable.
