If you are interested in a excellent entry level position, please contact our office. Job Responsibilities: Collate purchase orders and purchase requisitions to order materials, goods and supplies. Send purchase orders to the suppliers. Compare and evaluate offers from suppliers Interact with the suppliers on a day to day basis. Compare product deliveries with issued purchase orders and contact vendors when there are discrepancies Track orders and ensure timely delivery Monitor stock levels and place orders as needed Deal with non-supplied, under orders, over orders and damaged goods. Ensure that any invoices are sent to accounts for
