and employees on all benefits-related mattersManage service provider relationships, resolve claims and coverage issues, and validate billings for paymentSupport annual benefits enrolment, pension audits, financial statement preparation, and year-end processesProvide timely guidance to employees, retirees, and HR teams across CanadaQUALIFICATIONS~4–6+ years of progressive pension and benefits experience, including broad-based and executive plans~ Strong knowledge of Canadian benefits legislation, compliance, and filing requirements~2–3 years of SAP or equivalent HRIS/benefits platform experience~ College or university degree; CEBS designation completed or in progress preferred~ Total Rewards experience is a strong asset#J-18808-Ljbffr
