In this full-time role, you will thrive under high-pressure conditions, mentor junior staff, and effectively communicate with your Sous Chef and Chef. - Organize and manage your cooking station for optimal service
- Follow recipes and maintain portion controls effectively
- Train and mentor junior cooks for skill development
- Ensure cleanliness of prep areas and adherence to safety guidelines
- Assist with receiving and storing deliveries as needed Requirements:
- 2-3 years of cooking in a high-volume restaurant
- Culinary diploma or degree is preferred
- Strong skilled cooking techniques and knife skills
