As an Agile Product Delivery Lead, you will focus on coordinating agile delivery processes while enhancing backlog quality across multiple product teams. This individual contributor role combines Scrum Master responsibilities with delivery coordination to streamline execution.

You'll work closely with Product Managers and Engineering Leads to prioritize and refine the backlog effectively, driving resolution on delivery risks and blockers. Key Responsibilities:

- Facilitate sprint planning and agile ceremonies across teams
- Maintain backlog cleanliness in Jira, ensuring accurate status




- Identify delivery risks and actively drive their resolution
- Coordinate communications across key stakeholders and product teams
- Support transitions to Jira Advanced Roadmaps and product planning tools

Requirements:

- 5+ years in Agile Delivery or Scrum Master roles
- Strong experience with backlog management and delivery predictability
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, or similar field
- Familiarity with Jira-based planning tools
- Excellent communication skills for cross-team collaboration
