About the Role

Our client, a rapidly expanding chain of fitness centers , is seeking an experienced and results-oriented Regional Manager to oversee operations across multiple locations in the Eastern Cape . This role requires a strategic leader capable of driving revenue growth, ensuring operational excellence, and maintaining high standards of member satisfaction across the region. You will be responsible for managing multiple club managers, implementing company policies, and developing regional strategies to achieve business objectives. This is a key leadership position focused on operational performance and market expansion within the vibrant fitness industry.

Key Responsibilities

- Oversee the daily operations of multiple fitness centers within the assigned region, ensuring profitability and member satisfaction.
- Manage, coach, and mentor club managers to achieve performance targets and uphold company standards.
- Develop and execute regional strategies for sales, marketing, and member retention.
- Ensure consistent implementation of company policies, procedures, and brand standards across all locations.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as revenue, membership growth, and operational costs, and implement corrective actions as needed.




- Conduct regular site visits to assess operational effectiveness, identify areas for improvement, and provide support.
- Drive initiatives to enhance the member experience and foster a positive club culture.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in multi-unit retail or service management, with a proven track record in the fitness industry .
- Solid leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability in P&L; management, sales, and operational strategy development.
- Experience in staff training, performance management, and team development.
- Ability to travel regularly within the Eastern Cape region and work effectively on-site.
