Join General Dynamics Mission Systems-Canada as a Deputy Program Manager for the Airborne MAISR Program. In this full time role, you will support the Manned Airborne Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance (MAISR) In-Service Support Program.

Your focus will include managing program performance and facilitating communication among stakeholders at the Royal Canadian Air Force's Main Operating Base 8 Wing in Trenton, Ontario. The position requires strong leadership and project management skills to address customer needs and coordinate technical matters effectively. Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborate on short and long-term planning with the MAISR team




- Identify customer needs and generate Statements of Work
- Prioritize program activities and objectives
- Liaise with DND auditors to ensure compliance
- Track and report program performance accurately Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent experience
- Project Management Professional certification preferred
- Proven skills in cost, schedule, and quality management
- Experience in program management tool utilization
