Today, our pioneering micromobility system is operational in more than 50 cities worldwide, including Barcelona, Bogota, London, Madrid, Mexico City, Montreal, New York, and Rio de Janeiro, to name just a few. the company's team in Montreal is growing, and we are seeking an Asset Planning Analyst to support spare parts planning and allocation for every micromobility market the company operates. You are an analytical thinker who is excited about building scalable processes.
You build forecasts that hold up to scrutiny, then turn them into long term solutions that work on the ground. You will work in a fast paced environment alongside local operations teams, supply planners, and other cross-functional stakeholders. You are as comfortable building the model as you are aligning a room of market leaders on it.
Own demand forecasting, inventory management, optimization, and allocation for the company's current and future spare parts. Partner with local market teams, internal stakeholders, and external partners to continuously improve spares demand planning processes and dashboards. ~ Leverage data to recommend hardware and operations initiatives, such as component upgrades, tooling improvements, incentive programs, or performance management frameworks. ~ Lead special projects as needed. ~ Limited travel to markets, warehouses, and vendors as required. 3+ years of experience in consulting, strategy and operations, supply chain, transit, planning, analytics, or a related field. ~ Advanced Excel or Google Sheets modeling skills are a must. SQL is a plus. ~ You are excited about process optimization and continuous improvement. ~ Proactive and hands on when working through uncertainty.

This role will be in-office on a hybrid schedule — Team Members will be expected to work in the office at least 3 days per week, including on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays. the company considers working in the office at least 3 days per week to be an essential function of this hybrid role. The expected base pay range for this position in the Montreal area is CAD $57,600 - CAD $72,000, not inclusive of potential equity offering, bonus or benefits.
