Join Aspect Biosystems as a Scientist in Analytical Development to create innovative bioprinted tissue therapeutics. You'll develop and optimize analytical methods for advanced therapies in a collaborative workplace. In this role, you'll play an essential part in the technical operations team, reporting to the Head of Quality Control and Analytical Development.

You will be responsible for the design and execution of various analytical methods, ensuring the quality of our cutting-edge products as they advance toward clinical trials. Your analytical expertise will directly impact the quality and characterization of our tissue therapeutics. Key Responsibilities:

- Design and optimize analytical methods for various applications
- Participate in method validation according to regulatory guidelines




- Conduct routine testing to support product development
- Analyze and present experimental data with accuracy
- Troubleshoot and resolve analytical method issues

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a scientific discipline
- 3-5 years of experience in analytical development
- Hands-on expertise in flow cytometry and cell-based assays
- Understanding of GxP principles and regulatory guidelines
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
