Avenue Living Asset Management in Calgary is seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Receivable qualified to join our team and support high-volume property operations. You will process SODAs, apply tenant payments, and support month-end close.

You will analyze aging, prepare AR reports, investigate balances, and collaborate with Property Operations, Accounting, and Finance to improve cash collection and scalable processes using Yardi and Power BI.
