Accenture is seeking a Healthcare Interoperability Manager to design, implement, and govern clinical data exchanges across Quebec's health IT landscape. You will define FHIR profiles, HL7 v2.x interfaces, and imaging data workflows, aligning with DSQ, MSSS directives and CA Core guidelines.

You will work with LIS, CIS, EMR, PACS, and regional platforms, applying SNOMED CT, LOINC, and ICD-10-CA codes while ensuring data security and governance in a complex provincial workplace.
