Job Description As a Project Manager , you will: Project Delivery Support the delivery of industrial, logistics, manufacturing, warehousing, distribution center, and operational facility projects from initiation through closeout, ensuring alignment with client objectives, schedules, budgets, and quality expectations. Manage project scope, schedule, budget, risk, and quality throughout the project lifecycle. Develop, monitor, and update project schedules and budgets, identifying risks, opportunities, and mitigation strategies. Provide regular reporting on project status, including progress, risks, issues, and key project metrics. Client & Stakeholder Management Build and maintain effective working relationships with clients, consultants, contractors, vendors, operational stakeholders, and internal team members. Coordinate with client operational teams to manage project interfaces, operational constraints, shutdowns, commissioning activities, and business continuity requirements. Facilitate project meetings, prepare meeting minutes, and track action items to ensure timely resolution and accountability. Procurement & Contract Management Support procurement and contract award activities, including tender preparation, bid evaluations, long-lead equipment procurement, contract negotiations, and vendor management.
