Our client is seeking a Senior Project Coordinator to support the delivery of institutional and commercial construction projects. This role is suited to a detail-oriented construction professional who thrives in a rapid-paced environment and enjoys being involved in all phases of project delivery. You will work closely with project managers, superintendents, consultants, and trades to help ensure projects run smoothly, on schedule, and within budget. What You’ll Be Responsible For Supporting the Project Manager and site team with day-to-day project coordination. Assisting with project schedules, documentation control, and reporting. Coordinating with consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers. Managing RFIs, submittals, shop drawings, and project documentation. Assisting with procurement, tendering, and trade coordination.



Tracking project costs, change orders, and budget updates. Supporting progress billings, payment approvals, and cost reporting. Maintaining project records, meeting minutes, and correspondence. Helping ensure project milestones and deliverables are achieved. Supporting close-out documentation and project turnover. What We’re Looking For 3–6+ years of construction experience in a Project Coordinator role. Experience working on institutional or commercial construction projects. Post-secondary education in construction management, engineering, or a related field. Strong understanding of construction processes, documentation, and project workflows. Experience using construction management software such as Procore or similar platforms. Robust organizational, communication, and coordination skills.
