As a Production Packer, you will directly report to the Molding Cell Leader and Shift Supervisor. Your main responsibility will be to pack molded parts according to specifications, conduct quality inspections, and assist with housekeeping tasks. This role offers the opportunity to relieve other packers during their breaks, ensuring smooth operations within the manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:
• Pack molded production parts into boxes according to specifications
• Obtain supplies and assemble boxes for packing
• Conduct visual inspections of tray parts for defects
• Complete line clearance during product changes
• Maintain a clean packing area and record scrap data

Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1-2 years of manufacturing experience
• Fluent in English with positive communication skills
• Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills
• Ability to adapt to fast-paced work environments
