The main client contact and directly accountable for client satisfaction for pension administration delivery, the Senior Consultant proficiently demonstrates solid client consulting skills, deep plan knowledge (including compliance), and a high degree of focus on operational effectiveness. Communicates effectively, professionally, and promptly with multiple clients and other appropriate parties in leveraged situations (Stewardship, SLA discussions, etc.). Coaches others on effective communication. Understands client's plan provisions and internal systems to provide effective delivery solutions.
