Reporting to the Manager, Facilities Engineering, you will be working closely with our Facility Engineering team, operations personnel and project teams to support the design, operation, maintenance and optimization of upstream oil and gas facilities. You will have the opportunity to work with practicing professional engineers and gain exposure to their daily activities. This intern position is based out of Calgary, working from our office 5 days per week with occasional field travel to Alberta facilities. This position is full-time from May 2027 to August 2028.Key Responsibilities:Support facility engineers in the design, operation,



and optimization of oil and gas production facilities.Undertake small projects supervised by a Senior Engineer.Assist the team with project applications to governmental authorities.Work with the Facilities Engineers on project file creation and management.Support the team with project cost tracking.Aid with the development of project scopes, design reviews and project scheduling.Key Skills:High attention to detail and strong organizational skillsExcellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate professionally with a variety of stakeholdersProven ability to adapt to changing priorities, deadlines, and business needs in a fast-paced environmentDemonstrate initiative, accountability, and ownership of work, with a strong focus on delivering high-quality resultsProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and OutlookPrior internship, co-op, volunteer, customer service, or relevant work experience is considered an assetExperience working on academic, extracurricular, or community projects demonstrating leadership, teamwork, and initiative is considered an assetMinimum Qualifications:Currently enrolled in an Engineering bachelor's degree program,
