Food & Beverage discount of 50% in our restaurants Employee benefit card offering discounted rates in Accor worldwide for you and your family Ability to make a difference through our Corporate Social Responsibility activities, like Planet 21 Reporting to the Boutique / Coffee shop supervisor, responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following: Handles end to end customers’ orders

- Sells and prepares coffee drinks and beverages by following prescribed recipes and preparation techniques for coffee and/or drinks, such as, expresso, cappuccino, latte, brewed tea, cold brews, etc.
- Answer customers’ questions, presents and explains the various beverage offerings
- Maintains inventories by replenishing coffee bean supply; stocking coffee brewing equipment
- Improves quality results by studying, evaluating, and/or proposing re-designed processes and implementing changes
- Maintaining and improving the appearance of the store and coffee bar; reading coffee, retail trade, and food service publications
- Enhances coffee shop reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests




- Experienced and comfortable working under pressure during busy shifts. Strong verbal communications and relationship building skills. Friendly, outgoing and dedicated to outstanding customer experience.

Job Type: Part-time ~5 to 8 hour shifts ~ Excellent interpersonal and English/French communication skills. Retail and Food and beverage experience will be considered an asset. High school diploma/equivalent required.
