Role Overview Balmoral Multicultural Marketing is looking for a Social Media Manager to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone with 4-5 years of experience managing influencer collaborations and social media content who enjoys working across teams to plan, coordinate, and execute impactful campaigns. You will work closely with our account servicing, media, and creative teams to develop and manage organic social content while also supporting influencer-driven campaigns for our clients. Key Responsibilities Social Media Content Planning Draft and plan organic social media content for agency clients and Balmoral’s own channels Work with internal teams to develop content calendars and scheduling plans Collaborate with creative teams to ensure content aligns with brand voice and campaign messaging Influencer & Campaign Management Identify, manage, and coordinate influencer partnerships across campaigns Develop campaign objective-specific influencer strategies and content plans Coordinate influencer deliverables, timelines, and approvals Track campaign performance and ensure deliverables align with campaign objectives Cross-Team Coordination Coordinate regularly with account servicing, media,



and creative teams Align social media and influencer content with broader campaign strategies Support campaign launches with timely content planning and execution Trend Monitoring Stay up to date on social media trends, platform updates, and influencer landscape insights Recommend new formats, creators, or approaches that could benefit client campaigns What We’re Looking For 4-5years of experience managing influencers and social media content Experience planning and coordinating organic and campaign-driven social content Fluent in English (requires regular coordination and planning for content around South Asian audiences) Solid understanding of social media trends and content formats Highly organized with strong coordination and communication skills Comfortable working in a fast-paced agency environment Additional Requirements Ability to work from our Toronto office 3 days per week (Mon–Fri) Compensation $55,000 – $60,000 annually The above pay reflects the target compensation range for the position at the time of posting.
