As part of Aon's Client Service Delivery team, you will manage the issuance of certificates, including Third Party Forms and Auto ID cards. Leverage your commercial insurance experience and analyze Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to enhance service efficiency. This position requires superb communication skills and a commitment to quality control in client interactions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee certificate issuance and processing
• Analyze and report critical KPIs for performance
• Develop standard processes for effective information exchange




• Resolve client relationship issues effectively
• Collaborate with internal teams to drive improvements
Requirements:
• Bilingual in French and English
• Available weekdays from 11:30 AM to 7:30 PM EST
• Previous experience with complex certificates is preferred
• Insurance Broker's license required within 3 to 6 months
• Strong oral and written communication skills
