Key Responsibilities:
• Provide emotional and material support to program participants
• Organize and facilitate program activities with compassion
• Maintain confidentiality and uphold qualified standards
• Supervise and assist participants in daily routines
• Conduct assessments and screenings as needed
Requirements:
• Two years of related experience or education in Social Work
• Valid Class 5 driver’s license required
• Food Safe certificate preferred
• Training in crisis resolution or trauma-informed practice
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to set boundaries
