This role supports the Marketing & Promotions team in the execution of strategic initiatives across internal and external events, tradeshows, and marketing operations. The Associate collaborates closely with Sales, Marketing, and Professional Services to ensure seamless planning and delivery of programs and communications. Bilingual capabilities in French are required, Related responsibilities include: gathering input from Sales and Marketing, determining event themes, selecting and sourcing appropriate promotional items and managing all logistics from planning to post-event wrap-up., Serve as the primary contact with the tradeshow booth vendor, managing booth assets including design updates, storage, shipping, and maintenance to ensure readiness and consistency across all events.
Lead the planning and execution of internal events, including the National Sales Meeting, ensuring all logistics are coordinated effectively. Support in managing Rep Request inbox and processing all orders (including requests for printed sales aids, Apotex inventory items etc.) Lead external event logistics for initiatives such as ACES Payor and Western Speaker Series, in collaboration with the Event Lead.
Manage and oversee budget-tracking for assigned Marketing Projects.
Develop and enhance relationships with all key stakeholders (both internal and external), vendors, suppliers and contractors. Support translation requests and reviews for French marketing materials. Lead the coordination of event ticketing for the Sales team, including budget management and logistical support.
Ensure personal adherence with all compliance programs including the Global Business Ethics and Compliance Program, Global Quality policies and procedures, Safety and Environment policies, and HR policies. Report any notified suspected Adverse Drug Reactions to Global Pharmacovigilance in accordance with Corporate SOPs. Bachelor’s degree or college diploma from an accredited post-secondary institution Creative, strategic, innovative and positive team-player with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Experience in event planning and marketing logistics Strong people skills, including the ability to build internal rapport and effective customer and vendor relationships Bilingual (French) is required ~ 3–5 years of experience in marketing coordination, event planning, or related roles.
