About the Role

Our client is looking for a dynamic and experienced Project Architect to manage diverse architectural projects from inception to completion in East London . You will be responsible for leading project teams, coordinating with consultants, and ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality architectural solutions that meet client objectives and regulatory requirements. This role demands strong organizational, technical, and leadership skills. Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage architectural projects from concept design through construction administration.
- Coordinate design development with engineers, consultants, and contractors.
- Prepare comprehensive design documentation, including drawings, specifications, and schedules.
- Conduct site inspections, review shop drawings, and resolve construction-related issues.




- Manage project timelines, budgets, and client communications effectively.

Requirements

- Professional Architect qualification (PrArch) with a minimum of 8 years of experience.
- Proven experience in managing architectural projects through all phases.
- Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD, with solid technical documentation skills.
- Thorough understanding of South African building codes and regulations.
- Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
