Family is hiring a Billing-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team. Reporting to the Team Lead, Finance, you will handle customer and broker inquiries, process payments, and help with billing and reconciliation tasks in a collaborative, fast-paced workplace.

The role requires a university degree or diploma, 1+ year of customer service experience, and proficiency in Excel/Word. A broker license is welcomed, with support to obtain it within three months.
