Job Summary

We are seeking a passionate and skilled Bread/Pizza Maker to join our vibrant culinary team! In this role, you will be responsible for preparing, baking, and presenting delicious bread and pizza items that delight our customers. Your enthusiasm for food preparation, food safety, and excellent service will contribute to creating a warm, welcoming atmosphere where every guest leaves satisfied. Ability to understand hindi/punjabi is preferred and a knowledge on Indian food is a plus!

Responsibilities

- Prepare doughs, toppings, and fillings with precision and care to ensure high-quality products.
- Bake bread and pizzas to perfection using commercial ovens, maintaining consistent quality standards.
- Follow recipes and food safety guidelines diligently during meal preparation and food handling.
- Assist in the assembly of menu items, ensuring timely service during busy periods.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, adhering to food safety protocols at all times.

Skills

- Proven experience in food preparation, cooking, or a similar food industry role.




- Robust knowledge of food handling procedures and food safety standards.
- Experience in restaurant or kitchen environments with a focus on meal preparation.
- Ability to operate kitchen equipment such as ovens, mixers, and dough sheeters safely.
- Excellent serving skills combined with a friendly, energetic attitude.
- Familiarity with the principles of food industry best practices for quality and hygiene.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.

Pay: $17.90 per hour
