This role independently identifies and documents business requirements, develops workflow models, and contributes to the implementation and testing of business solutions. It bridges the gap between stakeholders and delivery teams by translating operational needs into functional outcomes that support business transformation. Translate business needs into functional specifications and support solution validation during development and deployment.

Acceptance Testing Support: Develop test plans and coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT) for current systems and enhancements.

Change Adoption: Prepare user documentation, training materials, and post-implementation support plans to facilitate business adoption.

Continuous Improvement: Identify areas for business process improvement and propose solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with IT, operations,



and PMO teams to ensure solution alignment with organizational priorities. Contribute to reporting design, data validation, and metrics tracking to monitor solution success.

Risk and Impact Analysis: Assess business impact and risks associated with proposed changes and ensure mitigation strategies are in place. Role requires knowledge to conduct business analysis, gather and validate requirements, drive process improvement, and manage stakeholders in cross-functional project environments.

Experience conducting business analysis, including requirements gathering, process improvement, and stakeholder management in cross-functional project environments, is required.
