About the role:

Beyond Physical is a growing fitness brand specializing in helping women over 40 transform their health and confidence. We're hiring a Client Experience Specialist to guide new prospects through consultations, understand their goals, and help them enroll in the right program. This is a client-facing,



relationship-driven sales role, not cold calling.

What you'll do:

Conduct in-person consultations with prospective clients

Run facility tours

Complete discovery assessments to understand each person's goals and motivation

Present program options and pricing

Follow up with prospects and current clients to support retention and renewals

What we're looking for:

A professional, ideally in their thirties to mid-forties, with strong interpersonal skills and some sales or client-facing experience — someone who listens well and builds trust quickly, and is coachable and comfortable following a structured process.

Compensation:

Base salary plus uncapped commission on recent enrollments and renewals. Full training provided.

Bilingual: English and French fluent
