ROLE Under the direction of the Program Director, Surgical Services and Maternal Child, the Scheduler will be responsible for preparing and monitoring of staffing schedules for Alliance nursing unit staff, including Registered Nurses, Registered Practical Nurses, Personal Support Workers and Unit Clerks. REQUIRED EDUCATION & CERTIFICATION(S) Completion of High School Diploma required Completion of community college business or administrative assistant course, or equivalent experience, required REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE(S) Excellent working knowledge of Collective Agreements, preferably HPHA ONA, CUPE and OPSEU contracts Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and scheduling software Strong telephone and interpersonal communication skills Strong ability to multitask, pay attention to detail,
