The candidate is a self-motivated individual who can collaborate with a team and across the organization. The candidate takes responsibility of the software artifacts produced adhering to U.S. Bank standards in order to ensure minimal impact to the customer experience. The candidate will be adept with the agile software development lifecycle and DevOps principles.Essential Responsibilities:Design, develop, and support scalable software solutions that enableCorePointAIcapabilities across the enterprise.Build and maintainAPIs, microservices, and cloud-native applicationsutilizing modern software engineering practices.Develop integrations that supportAI-powered, data-driven applicationsand enterprise automation initiatives.Design and implementRetrieval Augmented Generation (RAG)solutions, including document ingestion, embeddings, vector search, and prompt engineering.Collaborate withProduct Management, Engineering, Data, and AI teamsto translate business requirements into technical solutions.Participate inarchitecture reviews, technical design discussions, code reviews, testing, and deployment activities .Drive adoption ofDevOps, CI/CD, automated testing, monitoring, and operational excellencepractices across the engineering lifecycle.Ensure solutions meet enterprise standards forsecurity, scalability, performance, reliability, and responsible AI governance .Basic QualificationsBachelor’s degree, or equivalent work experienceThree to five years of relevant experiencePreferred Skills/ExperienceStrong proficiency inJava, Python,
