Reporting to the Facilities Manager, you will take ownership of the building’s operational health, blending hands-on technical expertise with critical coordination duties.

Perform hands-on maintenance and repairs on mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems to ensure optimal performance.Manage and execute the site's Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM) schedule for all critical equipment and assets.Coordinate and oversee the work of third-party vendors and contractors for specialized maintenance and project work.Conduct regular site inspections and champion health & safety protocols, ensuring a secure and compliant environment.Manage inventory of essential spare parts, tools, and supplies,



and raise purchase orders as needed.Assist with small-scale site projects, office moves, and facility improvements from planning to completion.Required Qualifications:3-5 years of direct experience in building maintenance, with strong skills in HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems.A technical diploma or degree in a related discipline (e.g., Building Systems, Mechanical/Electrical Engineering Technology).Demonstrated proficiency using a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) and Microsoft Office Suite.Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a customer-centric approach.Preferred Qualifications:Experience working within a high-profile corporate or client-facing facility.Proven ability to assist in the coordination of small projects or office reconfigurations.Journeyman, Systems Maintenance Technician/Administrator).Experience deputizing or providing cover for a facility manager or team lead.Personalized benefits that support personal well-being and growth:We have operations in over 80 countries and a workforce of over 102,000 individuals around the world who help real estate owners, occupiers and investors achieve their business ambitions.
