Making Waves Academy is seeking a meticulous Payroll & Accounting Specialist to manage end-to-end bi-weekly payroll for 160+ team members using UKG. You will also support core Accounts Payable and general ledger tasks within Sage Intacct, ensuring accurate payroll records and compliance with CA wage laws.
The role reports to the Business Office and partners with People Operations to maintain clean employee data and generate essential reporting.
