This role is centered on delivering person-centered care and ensuring resident safety, comfort, and emotional support. You will collaborate with staff to meet medical and physical needs while providing assistance with housekeeping tasks. Key Responsibilities:

- Deliver professional, compassionate care to all residents
- Administer medications safely as trained by Seasons
- Follow infection control measures per company policies
- Assist with laundry and housekeeping tasks assigned
- Respond to residents’ medical and emotional needs

Requirements:

- Registered with CLHA and in valuable standing in Alberta
- Knowledge of medical equipment is a plus
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Current First Aid and CPR certification
- Covid-19 vaccination required
