About the roleMSKrehab is looking for an experienced, autonomous physiotherapist who gets excited about the hard cases: chronic pain, complex spine, and motor vehicle accident (MVA) rehabilitation. Someone ready for a change of setting that actually respects the depth of what they do. We're not a volume clinic. We believe in a patient dedicated environment, not just a mill. We run a care-coordination model with local GP and specialty clinics, and our team takes the craft seriously.If you're strong at what you do and want a setting built to match that, we'd like to hear from you.LocationMSKrehab, Unit 407, 8989 Macleod Trail SW, South Calgary, ABAvailabilityMorning and evening availability, versatile scheduling. Minimum 3 days/week, full-time preferred. Optional weekend hours if you want them.Employment typeEmployee or independent contractor, your choice at signing.EMRJuvonno (templated or fully customizable SOAP notes).Real autonomy over your caseload and clinical approach, not a treadmillA care-coordination model with local GP and specialty offices creating genuinely collaborative workPeer exchange with a fellow FCAMPT clinician (Gunn IMS, McGill Method, etc.)A caseload of complex,



interesting cases rather than the same three presentations on repeat1-on-1 care with 45-60 minute assessments and 30 minute follow-upsWho you areA registered physiotherapist in good standing with the College of Physiotherapists of AlbertaExperienced and comfortable running your own caseload with minimal oversightFCAMPT or advanced-practice trained, or working toward itA strong communicator who works well within a collaborative modelGenuinely interested in chronic MSK, spine, and becoming an expert in the fieldRegistered Physiotherapist in good standing with the College of Physiotherapists of AlbertaDemonstrated experience managing a full, autonomous MSK/spine caseloadStrong assetsGunn IMS or other dry needling certificationSpinal manipulation / advanced manual therapy (Level 4–5)Concussion and/or vestibular rehabilitation trainingFCAMPT designation or IFOMPT-approved advanced credentialsCompensationEmployee and independent-contractor options available. Base split 40–45% depending on structure, with a tiered model rewarding advanced credentials, certifications, and productivity: up to 60% on clinic patients (IC), and up to 70% on self-generated patients. Full tiered structure shared during the process.
