YMCA BC is seeking a Case Manager for the StepForward program to guide refugees from intake through employment placement, coordinating wraparound supports and addressing settlement barriers.

You will coordinate referrals, deliver employability workshops, and manage employer relationships while maintaining trauma-informed, culturally responsive service delivery. This permanent, full-time role includes 35 hours weekly and perks.
