Reporting to the Clinical Manager, the Ward Clerk performs a variety of reception and clerical duties required for the efficient operation of the Garron Centre.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: data entry, including database entry; answering phones; Rotating Shifts Monday to Sunday, Days (9:00 am - 9:00 pm on Weekends) and Evenings (3:00 - 11:00 pm Monday - Friday) High School Diploma or GED required Graduate from a recognized Office Administration Program preferred Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and other computer programs/technology (testing may be conducted on candidates) Knowledge of SAP an asset Knowledge of Medical Terminology an asset Keyboarding skills minimum of 40 wpm required, 60 wpm is preferred (testing may be conducted on candidates) Data entry skills required Competencies in other languages an asset.
