Interior Health in Trail is seeking BCCSW registered Social Workers to join the Kootenay Boundary Regional Hospital on a casual basis. The role focuses on psychosocial assessments, crisis intervention, counselling and advocacy to support patients and families through illness, hospitalization and recovery.

You’ll work with interdisciplinary teams to develop patient-centred care plans, assist with discharge planning, connect patients to community resources, housing supports, financial assistance
