This role requires 2-5 years of blasting experience and BC Mines Surface Blaster Certification. You will ensure safe handling of explosives, completing documentation, and collaborating with team members for optimal operational improvements. Key Responsibilities:

- Read and interpret blasting diagrams accurately
- Load and connect detonation patterns safely
- Document blast outcomes and explosive usage
- Guide equipment to blast hole locations
- Assist in the maintenance of blasting materials

Requirements:

- BC Mines Surface Blaster Certification (2nd or 3rd Class)
- 2-5 years blasting experience in mining
- Valid Driver’s License with operational experience
- Physically fit to lift up to 50 lbs
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
