Reporting to the Hatchery Solutions Director, the Design & Project Engineer is responsible for supporting our Hatchery Solutions team and the Major Greenfield Projects (MGP) offering. While we currently support hatchery layouts, MGP takes this further by supporting the design and execution of the complete hatchery interior. Our ideal candidate has solid experience in the design and layout of technical buildings, capable of supporting technical project development alongside our Hatchery Solutions design team and brings a practical, field-based perspective. This role will be the bridge between the Hatchery Solutions Designers and field-projects, providing them with technical assistance and the necessary information to handle MGP projects with ease and efficiency. Responsibilities
Participate in project design and development in collaboration with our design team Prepare and review technical studies and layout plans Contribute to infrastructure optimization and the integration of various project components Ensure technical coordination among the various stakeholders throughout the project Provide technical support during pre-sales and post-sales also during on-site installation and implementation phase Combine design expertise with an understanding of on-site realities of each contractor’s discipline Turn a concept into a viable solution while ensuring effective coordination between design teams, technical partners, and implementation teams Engage with clients, partners, contractors and internal teams Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Construction, or a related field 5+ years’ experience in design and layout of industrial or technical buildings; Hatchery industry an asset Proficient in modelling and design tools, particularly Revit (BIM) (required) Proficient with Microsoft Project, Civil 3D, and AutoCad (required) Knowledge and experience in Project Management methodologies is a strong plus Proven field experience in executing or supervising projects involving multiple building trades: Structure and civil engineering, Industrial flooring, Panels and building envelope, Roofing, Plumbing, and Electrical + HVAC / ventilation Ability to understand the interactions between different building systems Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Turkish and English (required) Excellent team player with a collaborative mindse Occasional international travel (25%) Why Join Us
