InterDent Service Corporation is seeking a Human Resources Manager to oversee HR operations for 65 dental practices. You'll work closely with Operations leadership to manage employee relations, coaching, and performance improvement initiatives. This role requires an understanding of diverse business units and compliance with employment laws, contributing directly to the organization's success.

Key Responsibilities:



• Manage employee relations issues throughout the supported region • Cultivate positive relationships with staff and leadership • Coach on performance management and policy interpretations • Facilitate HR training and talent review processes • Lead change management projects and HR communications

Requirements: • High School Diploma or GED required • Bachelor’s Degree preferred; HR certification is a plus • Minimum seven years HR experience in multi-site settings • Solid understanding of HR compliance and legal matters • Experience in coaching and conflict resolution
