We pride ourselves on professionalism, integrity, and exceptional client service.Position OverviewWe are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented RCIC to join our team. The ideal candidate is organized, self-motivated, and passionate about delivering excellent service while supporting clients throughout all lines of business.The Senior RCIC is responsible for developing the case strategy and overseeing each file. In this role, you will execute that strategy by preparing accurate, compliant, and high-quality applications, ensuring every case is managed efficiently from start to finish.Key ResponsibilitiesPreparing immigration applications and submissions; Manage a portfolio of active client files across multiple application types simultaneouslyObtain information through consultation and review new client information thoroughly and make recommendations on best path forwardConfirming scope of work and retainer agreement detailsMonitor client progress and follow up proactivelyMaintain organized, accurate file documentation throughout deliveryCorrespond with client and collect all required supporting documents and informationCommunicate clearly and professionally with clients throughout deliveryCollaborate with immigration consultants and other team members to support efficient case management and deliver exceptional client serviceAssist with post-decision matters, including responding to procedural fairness requests, employer inquiries,



and file updates when requiredLMIA ExpertiseDemonstrate a strong understanding of the Employment and Social Development Canada (ESDC) program requirementsAssess employer eligibility and collect all required documentation to support LMIA applicationsDraft and review job advertisements, recruitment summaries, and employer supporting documents in accordance with applicable guidelinesManage Labour Market Impact Assessment (LMIA) files from initial client intake through submission and post-submission follow-upPrepare and review LMIA application packages, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with current program requirementsCommunicate with employers regarding application requirements, updates, and requests for additional informationTrack application deadlines, processing timelines, and file progress to ensure timely submissions and responsesConduct quality assurance reviews of all documentation before submissionMaintain accurate electronic and physical client records while ensuring confidentiality and compliance with privacy regulationsStay current with LMIA requirements and employer compliance obligationsQualificationsExcellent written and verbal English communication skills.Self-motivated with the ability to take ownership of files and work independently in a fast-paced environment is a must.Proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision while effectively prioritizing competing deadlines.Demonstrated ability to exercise sound judgment and work autonomously while collaborating effectively with the broader team.Previous experience preparing and processing Labour Market Impact Assessment (LMIA) applications is required.Candidates with relevant experience at Employment and Social Development Canada (ESDC) or other federal or provincial government departments responsible for immigration are strongly encouraged to apply.What We OfferCompetitive compensation based on experience.Supportive and collaborative work workplace.
