Island Health is seeking a casual Case Worker to deliver primary therapeutic and case management services across hospital, residential, and community settings. The role requires collaboration with a multidisciplinary team and adherence to individualized care plans.

Travel between sites may be necessary, with potential use of a personal vehicle. Applicants should hold a bachelor’s degree in a mental health field and be eligible for skilled licensing, including a BC driver’s license.
