A key role within operations, the Administrative Support V provides a high level of professional, well-organized administrative support for the Executive Director, as well as day-to-day operational support assigned to the Executive Director. Working under limited supervision, the assignment is responsible for managing the Executive Directors calendar, email, preparing material for presentations, drafting memos and reports, and providing support and follow-up for key issues and meetings.
