Bachelor or Nursing Degree orNursing Administration Course (preferred). Three (3) years geriatric nursingexperience. Demonstrated administrativeexperience and leadership skills. Ability to work effectively as acontributing team member Demonstrated knowledge of thenursing process, nursing diagnosis, excellent clinical assessment skills andproblem solving Demonstrated supervisory andinterpersonal communication skills *written and oral) Ability to work a 24-hour shiftrotation on any nursing unit.
