We are seeking a full-time Lead Hand for the Sanitation department on the night shift . This role supports the coordination of sanitation activities, employee training, food safety, and the safe and effective cleaning of production equipment and facility areas. The starting wage is $19.14 per hour , with progression to the permanent rate of $26.55 per hour .

Key Ingredients:

- Support the Sanitation Supervisor in assigning and coordinating departmental work while actively participating in sanitation activities.
- Complete required sanitation and quality documentation.
- Assist the Sanitation Supervisor in troubleshooting sanitation issues.
- Maintain the cleanliness and hygiene of the entire facility, including production equipment, compactors, and other designated areas.
- Train and coach new employees.
- Follow established equipment lockout procedures during sanitation activities.
- Maintain food safety standards and immediately report food safety concerns to Quality Assurance.




- Follow all food safety and health and safety policies and procedures.
- Perform other duties as required.

Recipe for Success:

- Previous experience in food-manufacturing sanitation, industrial cleaning, or chemical handling.
