Responsibilities

- Lead the preparation and analysis of financial statements, ensuring accuracy and adherence to accounting standards.
- Oversee accounts payable and accounts receivable processes, ensuring timely processing and reconciliation.
- Manage payroll operations, ensuring compliance with tax laws and company policies.
- Utilize accounting software such as QuickBooks, Sage, Xero, and other platforms to maintain precise records and streamline workflows.
- Conduct regular account reconciliations and perform detailed account analysis to identify discrepancies or irregularities.
- Develop budgeting processes, monitor financial performance against forecasts, and provide insightful reports for management decision-making.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal controls across all financial activities.

Requirements





- Proven experience in accounting or finance roles, with a strong background in managing comprehensive accounting functions.
- Proficiency in accounting software including QuickBooks, Sage, Xero, and other relevant platforms.
- Solid understanding of accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll processing, and account reconciliation procedures.
- Demonstrated ability to perform detailed account analysis and support budgeting efforts effectively.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams and presenting financial insights clearly.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; professional certifications such as CPA are a plus.
