Lead a dedicated child care team as a Supervisor with Today's Family. This role focuses on supporting staff and enhancing the learning experiences of children through play. Today's Family, a non-profit organization, serves over 7,500 families across Hamilton and nearby regions. As a Supervisor, you’ll provide leadership, ensure compliance with policies, and foster a culture of inclusion and respect.

Your role is integral to creating a nurturing environment where learning thrives. Key Responsibilities:

- Provide leadership to staff in daily activities
- Supervise and guide team interactions with children
- Oversee operations of the child care site
- Communicate with parents and community partners
- Model the “How Does Learning Happen?” pedagogy

Requirements:

- Registered Early Childhood Educator in valuable standing
- At least 1 year of Supervisory experience
- Knowledge of the Child Care and Early Years Act
- Up-to-date Immunizations and Vulnerable Sector Check
- Standard First Aid and CPR-C Certification
