Lead municipal infrastructure projects including roads, utilities, water/wastewater systems, bridges, and parks. Manage project schedules, budgets, deliverables, and client communications.

Prepare and review engineering designs, reports, cost estimates, and contract documents. Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and regulatory agencies. Mentor and provide guidance to junior engineers and technical staff.
