As a remote CSR, you will play an important role in supporting Farmer Services operations efforts. You help ensure strong customer service delivery, efficient office coordination, and collaboration.

Conduct outbound calls to media subscribers and classifieds customers Manage inbound inquiries related to subscriptions, billing, account updates,
