Due to our continued growth, our AWIN Advanced Auto Body Centre i is currently looking for a Customer Service Representative to join their fantastic team!

Prepare and update customer files.

Obtain customer’s written approval on all repair orders at the time of the write-up or when closing additional add-on sales. Ensure personal protective equipment is worn at all times when entering the shop.



Perform clerical and administrative and other duties as assigned.

High school diploma or equivalent.

Excellent customer service skills: both written and verbal. Sound understanding of all automotive functionalities.

Experience using Mitchell on Demand, Audatex and MS Office. Must speak clearly on the telephone and convey an image of professionalism.

Personal Attributes
